It’s taken for granted that people over 55 aren’t so good with phones and don’t need a lot of data. It’s not true, which is why T-Mobile has a plan specifically for the 55+ market.
We went to Big Sky, MT to fight stereotypes and portray a highly-active, zip line-riding, ATV-driving couple using their phones just like the kids.
Nothing brings a family together like phones.

As the 2019 holiday season approached, we didn’t want to do the predictable “unwrap X product” spot for T-Mobile’s latest Samsung deal. Instead, we showed how phones bring people together, near and far.
The spot was written inside a “This/That” construct that T-Mobile was using across all their TV spots at the time. Roughly speaking, “This” was something you wanted to do with your phone, and “That” was what T-Mobile gave you to do it.
